“The property was clean”

“Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out.”

“Check in at 3pm staff was terrible for sure need to be replaced. I they were recibe complain before about the same staff. Look like they don’t care . Thanks”

“I paid extra for an upgrade to get fridge and oven, but fridge was not working, i told the front desk but nothing. I usually take my drinks and food with me and due to fridge not working everything got bad.”

“It wasn't a five star hotel but it was clean. It was maintained. It was just a little dated.”

“There was a noise in the room sometimes but I didn’t think anything of it, but then last day the headboard shook violently and a clawing sound was there. I think there’s a fat rat under the bed”
