Very clean and staff was excellent with wonderful service. Oswaldo, the manager was amazing- helped with everything we needed. It was just as lovely as the internet pictures showed. Some days busy with cruise ship people but manageable for sure.
I think one of the best places to stay in Mahahual,Mexico. It is on the beach with a sunrise view overlooking the main beachfront walkway. It is clean, well maintained with a friendly, helpful, English speaking staff. We had an oceanfront room with lounges to lay in the sun or we could go to lounges on the beach in front of the hotel. The Malecon21 Beach Club is part of the property. Perfect location in Mahahual.
Very satisfied stay, accessible of everything, staffs are pleasant, courteous & very helpful. Likewise with Malecón21 restaurant , waiters/waitress are very friendly, polite & helpful.
Modern hotel with good decor and good location to enjoy Mahahual. The beach was so calming and this hotel was a remarkable option.
Food at Malecón 21 was very good (some were outstanding dishes). Service was good, but few times could have been better.
It was one of the most wonderful experiences we've had in Southern Mexico. The beach club was delightful as the staff were truly helpful and food was amazing. The desserts are out of this world. The room, even tiny was perfect and just enough for our four days staying. Mahaual it's a small town and Noah is the best option to choose for a relaxing vacation.
One of the best properties in Mahahual. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. We loved staying here and will definitely return.
A bit of noise in the hallways, since it is a small hotel, but overall not a big deal. Pet friendly and kid friendly. They helped us with a crib in our room and would prepare "special" (not in menu) food for my baby which was so helpful.
We stayed at Noah Beach hotel for 3 nights. It was the best choice to relax and enjoy Playa Mahahual.
The hotel is located right in front of the beach, the rooms are very clean and the staff very helpful.
I have to mention Oswaldo, who was at the reception desk at the time we checked in, for his friendly and helpful attitude and support during our stay.
The restaurant has excellent choices of food and drinks. We enjoyed a lot the beach area with the relaxing music that was played.
I would go back if visiting this area again.
I love this front beach property, the staff was amazing, they have a delicious restaurant in their beach club. Before I opened the door of my room I could smell a fresh clean scent coming out. The beach in front is perfect for toddlers or small kids as you walk like 100 feet with the water below your knees. Also clean and not to mention absolutely beautiful. Thank you to Oswaldo the manager and the great staff at Noah. Will be back soon
The property is in very good conditions, the room I big enough for two, the bathroom
Has everything g you need , towels, shampo, conditioners, body cream etc. the only issue we had was with the tv was damaged. The staff was nice and helpful, the restaurant in front of the beach is very good but it does not belong to the hotel, so the option to charge the consumption to the room is not available . The staff was very attentive and helped us to book a snorkeling g tour, that’s a must-do activity!

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
The property itself is nice but the bottom floor restaurant claims the beach is theirs, so if you go to use it they harass you every time. We were treated better by the other restaurants in town that were not even connected to our hotel. I claim cleanliness as an issue due to the glasses in the room being used and the trash wasn’t taken out before our stay. The location is great and the hotel is actually nice if they’d fix a few issues. I probably wouldn’t stay here again though.

Directly on the beach. Newer hotel. Very clean. However--No pool. No elevator. No parking. Restaurant overpriced compared to nearby restaurants. Very small window in the room. Kettle in the room to make instant coffee was set up with no outlet. Restaurant staff was friendly, but hotel staff was indifferent.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The hotel is visually appealing but feels basic and hastily built. The structure seemed poorly made with thin walls—you can easily hear neighboring guests—and it didn’t inspire confidence in case of a storm. Although our balcony room was advertised with an ocean view, palm trees blocked most of it, and the strong sulfur smell from decaying seaweed made sitting outside unpleasant. The room had several maintenance issues: the balcony doors didn’t lock, the toilet cover wouldn’t stay up, and the shower head dripped constantly. Service was inconsistent; cleaning staff was kind, but reception felt indifferent and unwelcoming. One receptionist never greeted us, even when we greeted her. During checkout, the receptionist required an unexpected room inspection, which felt awkward.
As part of the stay, we could access the beach club, but the water was murky with algae and there were dead fish. The restaurant food was well-presented and tasty, though expensive compared to local options.
The broader Mahahual beach area was disappointing. Private businesses have taken over large sections of the coastline-technically not legal in Mexico. Walking along the boardwalk, persistent vendors constantly approach to sell services, which makes the area feel more commercial than relaxing. We went snorkeling but found only a few fish and gray coral, a stark contrast to years ago when turtles and jellyfish were common. Overall, overpriced for the limited comfort and experience.
This hotel is really pretty, but the tv in my room did not work. Also the beach town shuts down by 6 pm. Which I thought was a bummer. It was only one restaurant open. I thought I could go down to the hotels bar to hang out but the bar also closes super early. If you are planning to visit Mahahual make sure you do all your shopping arriving and eat before 7 pm because you wont find anything open.
