"The room was very clean. I was supposed to get house keeping on one of the days I was there, but housekeeping never showed up throughout the entirety of my stay"

"I didn’t have breakfast there. Room was clean. Balcony’s on the Gulf. Only one issue was coming in the lobby you can smell the cleaning products. It is very hard for people with allergies. Maybe use something with a lesser scent. Otherwise very pleased with my stay"

"Got to the hotel, broken glass was in multiple places and area did not look safe. Dull paint job and my girlfriend was approached by a guest that made her feel very unsafe. Room smelled like smoke as well. We decided to not stay at the hotel as the guest that approached her and wouldn’t leave her alone watched where our room and car were. So we went to the front desk to ask about modifying or cancelling our reservation. Person at the front desk kept interrupting us saying things like “I can’t help you” and “no refunds”, even when i suggested calling hotels.com. He repeatedly insisted that there was nothing that could be done even with the cancellation warranty I had purchased. We left the hotel a couple of hours after getting there and stayed at a different hotel. Cost roughly $190 for 2 nights and got no refund"

"Cigarette holes in the blankets, hotel room technically clean but had cosmetic issues like repairs needed. Bed was pretty hard. For a one night stay it was fine though."
