The staff was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were ready with recommendations, patient with our lack of Italian knowledge, and always smiling when we entered. The spa is so lovely and relaxing, and reasonably priced. Breakfast spread is lovely and served fairly late into the morning. Walkable to multiple delicious restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Tuscany.

Lati positivi : - personale efficiente simpatico e qualificato - colazione molto fornita e prodotti ottimi - cena degna di ristorante tipico , variabili per chi come me e intollerante al lattosio Lati negativi : -OMETTERE DI SCRIVERE NELLA PAGINA ALCUNI DETTAGLI IMPORTANTI E FONDAMENTALI -la piscina non è permessa ai minori di 12 anni come riportato sulla pagina anzi per essere precisi possono accedere 1 ora al giorno. -la piscina ha un costo di. 15 euro a persona al giorno. -la camera assegnata al piano terra era datata con mobili rovinati e odore di risalita dal bagno , riscaldamento non funzionante. (Fortunatamente ci hanno cambiato stanza dopo la nostra richiesta ) Ringrazio EXPEDIA che fortunatamente ci ha tutelato e supportato.

J'ai vu, j'y reviendrai plus

Un hôtel vieillissant qui est resté dans son jus avec le mobilier qui va avec. 71€ la chambre double auquel il vous faudra ajouter 15€ par personnes si vous souhaitez profiter d'une heure du SPA intérieur. Je trouve vraiment la tarification excessive rapport qualité prix. La literie pour un couple est composée de 2 lits accolés avec un matelas très ferme. Il y a une immense salle d'eau mais pas de pression à la douche. Le seul point positif est le petit déjeuner avec un buffet bien garni.
