치앙마이를 새롭게 보이게 한 호텔입니다 추천
깨끗하고 일단 너무 친절했어요 새벽에 체크아웃한다고 먼저 물어봐주시고 조식박스 싸주신것도 그렇고 매니저가 직접 체크인할때 명함 주면서 인사한것도 인상적이었어요 원래 하루숙박이었는데 너무좋아서 비행기표 포기하고 다시 끊고 하루 더잔거 실화입니다 꼭 가세요

조용하고 안락한 휴식을 위한 공간이었다. 다만 수영장의 활용도가 높지 않은 점은 아쉽다.

돈에 비해 너무 가치없고 모든게 올드한 호텔
시설이 너무 올드하고 배딩이 깨끗하지 못한 느낌이었고 화장실 청소도 별로였어요. 주변에 있는 맛집이라하늨 더 굿뷰나 리버사이드도 음식 퀄리티가 현저하게 떨어졌고 서비스도 종업원들이 엉망이었습니다. 호텔 조식이 너무 부실하고 맛도 별로였고 1박에 대해 지불한 돈에 대한 가치가 너무 형편없었습니다. 모든게 1박에 150불도 비싸다고 느낄만한 퀄리티였습니다. 호텔 룸에서 새벽 4시부터 지저귀는 새소리가 아닌 시끄럽게 울어대는 새소리때문에 잠을 설쳤습니다. 두번다시 1박에 300불 이상을 주고 숙박하고 싶지 않은 부띠끄 호텔이었습니다.

특히 마지막날 12시에 체크아웃했지만 비행기시간에 맞춰 샤워 이용할 수 있던 점도 너므 좋았다 다시 꼭 방문할 예정!!!!

Gorgeous Design & Excellent Service
Pillars went above and beyond during our stay... every request was accommodated (late checkout, food requests, expedited laundry, etc), and as an interior designer- I especially appreciated the attention to detail and carefully curated spaces. I would love to return here again and can't say enough kind things about the staff and intentions of this lovely hotel. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

最後一天早上被熱醒，後來發現是停電，問了前臺後說是車禍撞到電線桿，但是這麼好的酒店居然沒有後備電源，投訴後打開了後備照明，另外今天洗手間水龍頭居然是黃色的水，有點失望

beautiful property with great staff and food. The rooms were big and really liked our outdoor shower and swimming pool was very unique.

全体的には快適でした。タオルが足りないです。 フロントスタッフに質問しても返事が来なかったり、知識が物足りないと思いました。 （とても親切なスタッフもいましたが、 レベルが統一されてないです。） 朝食も豊かで満足です。

This is a very special place built around a beautifully restored teak house, now serving the ideal purpose of lounge, bar and restaurant. The design of the room is both exquisitely tasteful and deeply thoughtful, and the choice of indoor/outdoor shower in the generously proportioned bathroom was surprisingly liberating - a guilty pleasure that I want to replicate at home. Staff were uniformly warm, welcoming and helpful.

bonjour, un mot pour partager mon expérience à l'hôtel 137 pillars house (séjour du 4 au 8 déc. 2022). Concernant l'hôtel: Aucun doute, il fait bien parti des meilleurs hôtels de sa catégorie, tous les critères de qualité sont au rendez vous et bien au delà de ce que leur site web laisse deviner, ce qui est plutôt rare par les temps qui courent. Concernant le personnel: Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Toto (c'est son surnom) qui faisait office de personal butler pour mon compte pour la qualité de son intervention auprès de Thai airways suite à un problème de valise manquante à notre arrivée à Chiang Mai. Tout au long des 48h de retard de la valise il ne manquait pas de nous tenir informé de ses échanges avec la compagnie aérienne ce qui nous permettait de garder espoir de la revoir un jour. Plus généralement merci à l'ensemble du staff de l'hôtel pour la qualité de leur travail.

My son and I had a mama/ son vacation there and it was outstanding in every way. The staff is so friendly, kind, and helpful- even anticipating your every need. The suggestions for activities were spot on- memorable and high quality. The food and accommodations were gorgeous and delicious. And Ray, our butler, was the icing on the cake. He made the trip perfect!! He was always one step ahead. We truly loved our stay and will most definitely be back. :)

Excellent boutique hotel, exceptional service. Our butler, Toto, was amazing and incredibly responsive to all our needs. Food and drink really good. Room was lovely and the amenities were exceptional

The staff was incredible. They put a lot of care into your stay and are always ready to help. We had Toto assisting us and he helped with transportation and finding great places to eat. We have stayed at some pretty incredible places and 137 Pillars House and 137 Pillars Suites in Bangkok were the best. Thank you for an amazing stay 🙏

Cannot day enough great things
This is my second stay with 137 Pillars House. Consistently the service is great and the staff (especially the personal concierge) are excellent, going over and beyond to foresee your every need. My preferences from the first trip were remembered by them on my second trip. The architecture and ambience of the hotel are also terrific. So charming. Just all you need when you stay in Chiangmai, whether on holiday or business.

Having a personal Butler, Pui, was a new and welcome experience for us. And a game changer in terms of enabling us get the most out of our time Chiang Mai. From helping us select tours and find our way around the city to serving as a single point of contact for room service, transportation, housekeeping and other needs, Pui was a huge help. She, Anne (GM) and the rest of the 137 pillars team are serious pros who clearly take pride in guest satisfaction and subsequently made our stay as relaxing and fun as it was memorable.

Oasis in Chiang Mai
Amazing stay from start to finish - an absolute oasis in Chiang Mai! We loved the location, slightly removed from the city center but within walking distance (or a quick tuk tuk ride). The staff was fabulous; incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Beautiful touches, spacious suite, and thoughtful amenities. Overall, a wonderful choice in Chiang Mai - we'd stay there again without question!

Love the privacy and decoration
I love the small hotel that caters just 30suites guest. Each suite comes with a butler and they r so helpful. The design of the room is very colonial, however the hotel area focus more on greens which is real pretty. Totally did not felt like we are staying in the middle of they city! The hotel is also very well maintained and quiet. Service top notch. Definitely will return!

absolutely beautiful resort, even through it is located in the down, but I don't hear the noise and the busyness, instead I can feel the calm and serenity inside the hotel. I really enjoy the garden inside the hotel.
