very good
10 tile-roofed villas with verandas surround the pool, and there's a first-floor suite above the restaurant with lovely views. Orange heliconia blooms and quirky orchid and cane decorations that resembled wall-mounted snowshoes. The polished cement floor felt luxurious to bare feet, the shower was powerful and the bath had waterfall taps.

인테리어는 매우 현대적이고 세련되었어요.침대는 꺼지지 않고 충분히 푹신했고 캡슐커피머신과 다양한 차 종류가 준비되어 있었어요.화장실,샤워실,욕실이 분리되어 있으며 필요시 노출되거나자동커튼으로 가릴 수 있어서 신혼여행자들에게 더 적당했어요.도착하면 간단한 드링크와 쿠키가 준비되어 있었어요. 부모님 금혼식 여행이라고 했더니 케이크 준비해주고 방도 스위트로 업그레이드해서 테라스와 거실이 넓어서 좋았어요. 직원들의 서비스도 훌륭했고 특히 조식이 좋았어요. 르메르디앙과 칸타리힐스에서 뷔페만 먹다가 여기서 메뉴 2개 선택해서 먹었는데 음식 맛있었고 대접 받는 기분이 들더군요.선택한 메뉴외에도 과일,크로아상,간단한 요리로 구성된 삼단 트레이, 작은 샐러드바를 이용했는데 고급스럽고 좋았어요. 어떤 블로그는 맛없다고 하던데 저희는 서빙과 음식을 다 즐겼습니다.필요한 커피나 과일은 추가해주셨고요. 최상층의 수영장은 이용하지 못했는데 기분내기에는 적당하나 수영을 줄기시는 분에게는 다소 작아요. 님먼해민 주변이라 먹을것도 많고 바도 많아서 걸어다니는 거리에서 즐길거리도 많아요. 유일한 단점은 근처에 인기 바가 있어서 약간 시끄러운데 저희가족은 어려움 없이 잘 잤어요. 제가 보기에는 스타일리쉬하고 현대적이면서 주변 쇼핑이나 까페를 즐기려는 신혼여행객이나 부부들에게 적당한 곳입니다.

The hotel is nice however the room layout is not so good. The light enter through the hot-tub area. There is not closets to put the your clothing in. The staff were not so accommodating as well.

My friends and I stay here in February 18-21, The room is beautiful, the staffs was amazing and helpful, polite. The location is very convenient. I only give 4 stars because of the functions in the room is very unpractical the bathtub have half windows so I can hear all the outside noise while taking a bath which is not relaxing, no side table next to the bed but there in spots from both side of the bed to put things like your phone etc, having a hard time with the light on and off, The restaurant is in front of the hotel so it’s not very private , The pool is a little small and not enough lounge chairs but overall we had a great time in Chiang Mai, The room is clean and comfortable bed. The location is fantastic

The hotel has a great location in the Nimman area - conveniently within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and the One Nimman mall. All of the staff were amazing; extremely kind and attentive. The room itself was relatively standard, no complaints.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The area is very noisy with music till late from bar across the road and planes. Room was a good size and comfortable bed. Could do with updating some of the furnishing and would suggest sound proof glass where bathtub with iption to open/close window.

The only thing that didn’t deliver as advertised was the view. The pictures advertised indicated that the tub looked out to mountains. In reality for my room 601 it looked at to I believe an apartment complex and was not a great view. I also appeared others could look across the way and see me which wasn’t the experience I was anticipating. Everything else was great!

Das Frühstück ist leider eines 5 Sterne Hotels unwürdig. Täglich hartes Brot, sehr begrenzte Auswahl an Früchten (nur Melone Wassermelone und Dragon fruit) und auch irgendwie nicht die richtige Auswahl auf der Speisekarte. Eier kalt serviert, da früh morgens zubereitet und dann kalt auf den Teller. Die Aufteilung der eigentlich grossen Zimmer ist so dass man das Gefühl hat eingeengt zu sein. Überall unnütze Raumteiler.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and could not have been happier. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and a great location. The rooftop pool and bar are fun!

The room are generally clean and comfy. It’s just that the staff can be quite forgetful to place clean towel in the bathroom.

Best hotel ever
This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were wonderful, could not do enough for us, roof top pool is lovely and very quiet even though we are in the city. Food in restaurant was excellent, breakfast too. Rooms were just amazing, very clean and perfect temperature. We already want to come back again. Great area also, can walk to places or a quick taxi is 100 bart

Love it!
Now this is class. The suite we booked was just the right size. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view on the 7th floor was just great from our enormous soaking tub. Everything felt outstanding and the are is super lively.

Fantastic hotel and fantastic service. Rooms were clean. Restaurant delicious. Look forward to going back. Exercise room a bit tight but that's all right as that's not the main reason to be in Chiang Mai.
