1층을 이용하였는데 발코니와 수영장이 연결되어 있어 편리함과 동시에 아침식사 장소로 너무 훌륭했습니다. 직원의 서비스 또한 휼륭하였으며 다음에 또 방문하고 싶은 호텔이었습니다.

전반적으로 괜찮으며 직원도 친절합니다 별 이상없이 잘 다녀옴. 모기가 조금 있는거 같음. 모기 퇴치약을 달라고하여 잘 사용함. 나머지 문제는 따로 없는거 같음

Great property - beautiful Thai style architecture and experience. Loved our stay but my biggest complaint would be the thin walls. We listened to our neighbor snoring all night. Would stay here again to be close to the airport. Very convenient.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport but doesn’t experience noise from the planes. It’s a beautiful hotel, amazing design with lots of stunning wood and an open air atmosphere to the pool. Breakfast was delicious and mostly importantly the staff were very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely lovely property, pool side room was amazing, breakfast was prepared and brought to my room! Within 5 min walk of mall and 6-7 min of market/nightlife activities.. jazz club 6 min away was amazing

This was a nice property to stay in during our visit to Chiang Mai. Overall, the hotel was perfect! The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and beautiful. The walls are a bit thin. The pool was well kept, as we saw staff cleaning it often. Breakfast was delicious. We were able to leave our luggage safely with the staff until we checked in. The property is close to a night market and the Central Mall. Thank you Baan U Sabai for our stay!

Property was clean, shower hot and bed soft! Great location as close to shopping complex and airport- down quiet lane way. We only stayed one night as in transit , chose it because of proximity to airport and good reviews

Stay was good given the price and how close it is to the airport and the 5 min walk to the mall. There is a few updates need to the amenities description: there is no laundry facilities (only laundry service is available), there is no free airport shuttle to the hotel (only free shuttle to the airport); breakfast needs to be pre-order the day prior.

I don’t care about eco-friendliness. But this place is beautiful. Only complaint is that the local club had very loud music until about 11pm.

身内で営業している感じ。フレンドリーでとても親切でした。建物は古いが清掃が行き届いていた。床がピカピカ！私にはタバコが部屋のテラスで吸えることが1番の良いところだった。 また利用したい。

We arrived late for checkin, but, were sure to notify the staff in advance. The receptionist did know who I was when we arrived and promptly got our paperwork and checked us in. She was kind to help carry our bags upstairs. She dropped the bags in our room and quickly began to leave. Unfortunately, she did not offer any information about breakfast, pool hours, Wi-Fi password, etc. I did ask for breakfast time and pool hours as she was trying to leave, so I received that information. About 20 minutes after we arrived, a family arrived to checkin and it literally sounded like they were running and jumping in our room. It was so loud, we were unable to sleep. We were woken up by this same family screaming and jumping in the pool. I was surprised that staff did not ask them to quiet down either time. When we came down for breakfast, we were promptly informed that our room did not include breakfast. No one said hello, no one said good morning. We were not offered the option to purchase breakfast, and we’re not given recommendations or information on surrounding area options. They said nothing else to us. So, we sat and researched places to eat nearby. This made us feel very unwelcome. Once our driver arrived for our pickup, we dropped the key. No one said goodbye/thank you for staying either. It was a beautiful hotel, with a very transactional staff. It’s unfortunate, because it has such potential. They seemed to care more about cleaning the hotel than taking care of the guests.

Cute and cozy. Beautiful teak and architecture. Location is a bit hard to find. Wish it provides more tourism information to guests and a a little better English communication.

This is a well maintained Traditional Lanna Hotel. Staff is professional, room was very nice. Neighborhood is safe. Modern market, shops,Mall and food night market in easy walking distance.

Hôtel très agréable
Très joli petit hôtel, un peu à l'extérieur du centre ville mais dans un quartier calme. L'hôtel est bien entretenu, le personnel à l'écoute et très sympathique. Les chambres sont propres et de bonne taille. Juste l'insonorisation laisse un peu à désirer si vous avez des voisins bruyants.

Good for state a while, I will come again.
Clean, comfort, service very good. Silent, Not many room, not rush, pool water clean, not many guest use, very free. Including breakfast and sent to room, very good. No pickup service from airport but they can send you to airport after state. good. Staff very nice. Far from old town but very near to airport mall and a local night market. Many restaurant around, easy to get lunch and dinner.

I booked through Expedia, but when I arrived to the hotel had no vacancies. It was a terrible waste of money and time. I had to pay for a taxi to that location and then to the next location. I couldn’t contact Expedia because I was out of the country and was unable to call the number they provided. The experience was horrible.

We stayed 4 nights and we had all 4 rooms next to the pool.Room is spacious and vey clean. Although we are not far from the road or airport, we barely hear noises at all. Our breakfast are brought to us a specify time at our table next to the pool in the morning. What a service! Just amazing. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to single, couple, and family. It is definitely 5 stars for me.

Good, but the hotel doesn't have restaurant. Nor can they bring food for you from other restaurant. There should be some option of ordering food.

This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed it. We have been all over the world and out of every hotel we have stayed at this one will stay with for a really long time. Do not stay anywhere else in Chiang Mai. The hotel only has 14 rooms so it is nice and quiet. It is off the main road so it it hidden away. And lastly, the staff is so wonderful and nice. I can honestly say we when come back to Chiang Mai, this is the only place we will stay.

Very nice, beautiful wooden hotel with comfy beds
Great hotel with very comfortable bed. Breakfast not included which was a bit of a let down, considering this was one of the spendier places we stayed at. But room for as clean, the bed was soft and the shower was actually glasses in so you could shower without getting water all over the place. If you've spent enough time in Thailand, you'll know and appreciate how rare those qualities are.
