Booked here very last minute due to a change in plans, and ended up LOVING the stay. From the moment you’re greeted out front to the minute you leave, everyone is so pleasant and friendly. The rooms, atmosphere, pool area, and dining are STUNNING, and the staff is so attentive and amazing. Room service was so amazing, and the cleaning was immaculate. They even found out we had a birthday to celebrate and brought a cake to our room. I would always recommend!

Affordable Stay in Chiang-Mai

Clean and comfortable rooms. Roof-top bar is pretty good with a nice view in the evening during sunset. Walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants, night markets, etc. Staff are always friendly serving with a smile.

Excellent hotel for holidays in Chiangmai. The entire staff and guest relation managers Lalita and Smiley are excellent. Epitomizes "service with a smile". Breakfast staff provides great service even when the restaurant is very busy. Braod choice of delicious food at the buffet breakfast.

Checked in Melia Chiang Mai, when we opened the door and entered the room, we could only describe it as "Wow"! The space is spacious and comfortable, and the interior is clean and tidy! The surrounding environment is also quite quiet, and there is a night market nearby, which is very convenient! We dined in the restaurant twice, once at noon and once during happy hour, and the service was very friendly! I believe we will come back to stay again!

Hotel rooms were beautiful and comfortable along with the property. There was a slight mix up as we booked three rooms but they said Expedia canceled two of them but they took care of it. Everyone was super friendly.

Nice convenient place to stay. Lovely views. Walk to everything in the old town. B150 tuk tuk ride to nearby Nimman.

Beautiful hotel. Room was modern and we had a wonderful view of the mountains. Rooftop bar also had spectacular views. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Very large rooms with lovely bathroom, big shower area. The mattress was extremely comfortable! Lovely pool & many options for a delicious breakfast. Location is very good, short walk to night markets. Would stay here again!
