I was satisfied to stay this hotel for 6 days, and I would use this hotel again if I travel Chiang Mai. However, the band music from the next restaurant was lasted up to 11 pm everyday, and it disturbed my sleep.

Nice bungalows and breathtaking view. Clean and big rooms. It is out of center of the city need to take a car. Very good hot breakfast and very kind staff. Beautiful pool and nice mountain view.

Beautiful quiet boutique hotel on the water. Staff were amazing very friendly. Limited amenities in the area is the only drawback but very happy with my stay.

Great hotel
It's s very serene location. I didn't want to leave. I left feeling very relaxed. Very clean and nice breakfast is peovided. Not too crowded.

Depends on your liking but the bed was very hard. Theres a karaoke bar next door that plays loud music until 11pm everynight so if your looking for peace and quite be sure to request a room further away. The riverfront rooms are wonderful but the music will keep you up!

Enjoyed our stay
Check in was quick and easy and there is plenty of free parking if you are driving. We had a river view overlooking the gardens which are well kept with a koi carp pond. Bed was large and comfortable with good aircon. The shower was good but very small bathroom no room to set out ones toiletries but fine for just a 2 day break. The room and hotel was clean and well maintained they provide kettle tea coffee in the room but also provide water fruit juices pringle criskps sweets also free of charge. The pool is tiny and in shade so nobody uses it but there are some very comfortable chairs and loungers by the pool. Breakfast was ok four choices of cereal couple of choices of yoghurt. Only fried eggs on offer which were not hot not good for those who like english breakfast but very good thai options available if you dont mind that. Tea coffee orange juice also available. There is no bar or restaurant service after breakfast. There is however a very good restaurant right next door with live music everynight but mostly Thai music. The hotel is quite a walk to the busy areas of night bazarre but if you're reasonably fit it is 30 mimutes easy walk or 10 minutes drive. Overall good value for money would stay again

We spent 5 days at this hotel which was approx 1.5km from Chiang Mia Old City, thb80 in a bolt taxi. This wasn’t an issue for us as there was only 2 of us. We had a wonderful riverfront room with free mini bar. The room was clean and comfortable we used the dry cleaning service for 3 days, cleaning approx 20 items which came to thb370 (£9) for all. Breakfasts were the best we’ve seen so far for variety and quantity. Chiang Mai itself was a wonderful place, very relaxing during the day, getting busier in the evening. We had a lot of the local dish Khao Soi, what a flavor some meal and very light too. All in all 5 days only scratched the surface so we’ll be back again.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Arrivés à 13h l'enregistrement à pu se faire sans problème. Personnel attentionné et souriant. Chambre impeccable, propre et bien insonorisée. Mini bar avec boissons et quelques sachets de chips bonbons à disposition gratuitement. Super friendly staff, vwey kind and attentive. Super clean. The mattress we had was very hard but after a couple of days actually made my back feel better. The room was extremely clean which is the most important thing for me (I have OCD). The back garden is beautiful, more European style as you can see from the picture. There was a little waterfall and koi pond. AC works great.

Lovely hotel, wonderful, attentive, friendly staff. It's not right next to much, but it's super easy and cheap to call a Bolt to go wherever you want. Breakfast included some Thai staples as well as Western pastries and cereals. Sparkling clean, very hygenic. Much love to the staff!

An amazing hotel
This is an amazing hotel, and I am so glad that I chose this one for our 9 night stay over Christmas and the New Year. The hotel is spotlessly clean at all times, not only in our room but also the public areas and even the delightful gardens leading down to the river. We chose a room with a river view which was just perfect for us. The breakfast in the mornings was plentiful and well presented with a choice of Western foods as well as more local Thai dishes. The staff on the front desk could not have been more helpful and we were greeted with a cheery smile each time we entered the hotel, which made us feel so welcome. There is a small swimming pool but as we had a full itinerary we did not make use of it. The hotel offers a laundry service which we did make use of, and our laundry was returned the following day from it being dropped off. If I had to be ultra critical, the hotel is set about 2kms south of the old city of Chiang Mai, but this did not phase us at all as we had opted to have a hire car for the duration of our stay. There are plenty of taxis and tuk-tuks that can take you into the city for about 100 Baht (£2.00). All in all this is an amazing hotel, with such friendly staff, spotlessly clean and a joy to stay at. If ever we are in Chiang Mai again I will definitely stay here, I cannot praise it highly enough.

Experience here is over the top. At the time of my stay the hotel was barely open for 3 months. Every morning we had breakfast prior to venturing out for the day. The first couple of days the breakfast bar was displayed differently (I think they were trying to get the feel of the flow as the influx of their guests arrived) but that didn't matter because food selection did not disappoint. While I wait for my fried egg, I always order my usual americano coffee at their coffee bar at the front by the reception desk and they would make it sooo deelish! They practically knew what I wanted by the end of the 2nd day. Everywhere was clean, even the community restroom. The courtyard was very serene. Since we stayed during the Loy Krathong and Yi Peng festival, one of the celebratory boats that floated the princess of the festival left from this hotel's dock. We even got to make our own krathong on the day of the festival in which we set out onto the river late that evening. The staffs were very helpful in giving us directions and having our laundry service done in a timely manner. Our room was on the last floor overlooking the courtyard and river. Breathtaking view both day and night. Will come back and stay on our second visit which will probably be at the end of this year (pending pandemic crisis). Thank you Nantra Chiangmai staff for a memorable birthday trip!
