Nice boutique hotel — the rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable! A great option if you’re looking for a quiet area that’s still close to coffee shops, restaurants, and more.

A small gem on the west side of the old town. Owner lives on site and is a very nice and friendly guy. The rooms are pretty new and super clean and the snack station is impressive for such a small establishment.

Good stay, too short

We had a good time in the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was huge (and I’m used to sleeping in king beds) and the bathroom had everything we needed. The hotel has charm and the inner garden was also a great sight when you got out of the room. I would stay there again if I could !

I really like this place. Staff was awesome! The room was nice and the location is great. Very close to a Beautiful Temple and a great cafe. Sun Ray cafe..the food is delicious.

This is a lovely property for a quiet stay in Chang Mai but within easy walking distance to the centre. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider booking this property again.

We LOVED the Nine Kai Mon. From the very comfortable bed, to the little snacks, to the fish, and gardens. And if you’re a bird watcher, the courtyard garden has so many beautiful birds. This place is like a little plot of peace and quiet…with singing from the school for the blind across the street serenading our breakfast, to the many great restaurants within a 5 min walk. Highly recommend.

Loves being in Old.Town but out of the fray surrounding the main gate. Property has a great vibe and the room was comfortable with a desk and good bathroom facilities. The owners are very friendly and welcoming.There is an adjoining restaurant that was good and many food options in the area. Would recommend and would stay again

Clean and quiet

The hotel is tiny - maybe 12 rooms. It's very quiet and clean. Cafes, shops, and temples within a short walk. The room was small and clean. It had everything I needed - especially a big, clean, shower with hot water.

Great spot for easy walking in the Old City. Our room had an adjoining door to the next room which was paper-thin and we heard every word, snore and bathroom activity from our room. Request a non-adjoining room!! Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work near the beds which made charging electronics a challenge. The staff was lovely and the property is clean. Other than our specific room, I’d recommend this spot to others.

Honest review

This was a fair Hotel not a traditional hotel it is a boutique hotel which is very small however the staff was extremely kind and extremely helpful it was a safe area I felt comfortable walking down the street late at night or early in the morning coming and going from night markets the shower however was not up to date it could have used a remodeling and a deep cleaning also the shower did not get very hot at all overall if you're looking for a decent stay and you're not too particular about the shower this would be a place to consider

It’s amazing value, it’s clean and windows that open to a small garden, staff is amazing and friendly. I love the trust they gave guests by allowing guests to take chilled drinks from a well stocked fridge and pay later, guests must remember what we take and pay later. The fridge is at at the lobby and honestly one may get dishonest people, but it’s a wonderful touch. Beddings are of good quality and comfy. Toilets are clean and rather big. It’s everything one needs for a good comfy not too expensive accommodation. I used two rooms on the ground floor. Highly recommended. They even provide some free chips and snacks that again is so thoughtful.
