This is not really a hotel. There is no lobby or front desk. More like a room with a glass door you go to to ask there person questions and check in there. The rooms are okay. The bed was comfortable but the room was musty and the bathroom shower was dirty, dark, and the water spilled out from the shower floor onto the floor where the sink and toilet are. There is no door to the shower. This was frustrating.
The breakfast is minimal. Eggs, toast, tea and sausage and a slice of ham. I don't eat ham or sausage so I had to ask for more eggs to make this a meal that was enough for the extra I paid for or was to get as part of my stay there. It would have been nice if they had offered the extra eggs or if they had other options.
The place is very far from the center unless you rent a scooter or know how to speak Thai to explain to the taxi drivers where you are going and to make sure you don't get ripped off.
I asked the staff who was working at the hotel to call me a taxi for going into the city or going out to the airport. But the staff don't speak English much. One guy didn't even know basic English words. So it was frustrating trying to get help to get around. The good thing is that this place is less than ten minutes by car from the airport.
The bad news is that because it is far from the center, and kind of hidden off of the main roads, some taxi drivers will still rip you off from the airport to get to this hotel or will refuse to go to that area from the city center.
