The onsen was my highlight of the property. Only one hot bath and no saunas but the facility was nice and clean. Chiba is a quiet residential area, but the hotel was close to train station and plenty of restaurant options in the area.

Extremely close to the nearest station (less than 3 minute walk), clean room. The air conditioner was confusing to use, I didn't know how to set a comfortable temperature, it was either too hot or too cold. But the bed was very warm so I could deal with it being cold.

I thought the property was in a decent location, about 15 minute walk from Chiba JR station, or if you took the Keisei line, about 2 minutes from Chibachuo station. The room was a decent size, and it had a bathtub, fridge and other usual amenities. The only negative was there was a lack of grocery stores close by. There was a convenience store every block, but the nearest grocer was about 10 minutes away.

I get nothing bad to say about this hotel, meet and exceed my expectations. Location and the beding is comfortable, because of the kind size bed there isn't much space if you bring a large luggage, this is typical Japan. Will return to this hotel for future stays.
