“작년에 우연히 묵게되면서 위치적으로도 그렇고 편안한침구가 마음에 들었습니다. 도심 한 가운데라 교통소음은 있는 편이나 모든 거리상 관광지가 가깝고,안전한 곳이라 편안한 가족여행이였습니다. 다만 오래된 건물이라 시설이 낡고 엘레베이터는 느려서 조금 인내심이 필요합니다. 직원들 응대는 친절하고 불편함이 없었습니다.”

“The property was great, the room was awesome! The "Stay One Chicago" is really just a name on paper, and maybe one employee who is physically at the property. I am pretty sure that he wasn't even directly employed by the "hotel". So in a nutshell, the organization has not worked out any kind of structure for checking in other than the guy that told us to download the Door, OR the Latch app. He said that the app is very difficult to get logged into.
