Breakfast and Dinner at Elephant & Castle were very impressive. The staff at hotel were sooo accomodating. Hospitality++ I would stay here again for sure

Very clean and comfy. We had a very nice view and also our kids had so much fun due to its proximity to the city atteactions. Just the wifi issue but not a big deal.

No room service, there 3 nights, the didn’t show up until the final day when they entered room without knocking almost 2 hours before checkout : I was naked

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chicago Downtown
We had a noisy room next to the stairs. Lots of banging, clanging and thumps throughout the night. The elevators were terribly slow and crowded. We were disappointed by the breakfast. Overcrowded and running out of food with yours to go. The location was good. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
