"Nice room"

"The hotel lobby is beautiful but when I got to my room, it was smaller than it looked in the pictures. The bed is more firmer than normal which for some people might not be something they want. My real gripe is the bathroom had no working ventilation, the bathroom light stoped working 2nd day and the mirror on the door was not secured properly. "

"It wasn't worth the price we paid. Our flight was delayed and we got there a day late and was still charged for the unused night. The telephone in the room didn't work. Water leaked onto the floor when taking a shower. No parking was available."

"Very lovely hotel and rooms were very nice. Valet was more expensive than most places but that would be the only negative. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. "

"We stayed at this hotel for a one night getaway in Chicago. It is conveniently located for shopping and museums. We like to walk and we were able to go everywhere we wanted on foot. The lobby and bar area were decorated in a really cool way. Check-in was easy. And, the room was super slick! Everything can be operated from a tablet if you choose. Of course there are other manual switches as well. The room is very modern. And, very efficient. It was a small space so everything was perfectly placed, arranged and had a purpose. I liked the artwork as well. I love a hotel without carpeting. This appeared to have a bamboo type flooring. It was super quiet in regard to othr guests- A bit of street noise but that’s to be expected in a large city. I would 100% book this hotel again."

"We were given a free upgrade which was amazing. The staff was so nice at check-in and with the valet. Loved our view as well. We will definitely be back. "
