"Everything done so well, from communication regarding transportation from the aiport to the hotel to the delicious fresh breakfast. The room was well appointed and clean and the bed comfortable. TV had YouTube and was easy to use. Bathroomhad wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of hot water and great pressure. Check-in was easy and friendly. Breakfast was plenty of scrambled eggs made to your liking as well as fresh fruit, bread, coffee, and tea. The rooftop view of the city and surrounding area was pretty. The first floor patio was comfortable and relaxing."

"This hotel is a hidden gem in Ecuador. We stayed here for 3 nights after a very busy week in the Galápagos, and it was the perfect end to our trip. The breakfast and dinners were huge portions and always delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and always available for any questions. You can hike around the grounds to some amazing view points of Quito and the Andes mountains, and the caves are so interesting which you need a visit with a guide, but again they were really lovely and interesting to listen to. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character and surrounded by amazing birds! A very relaxing retreat which I would highly recommend :) Thank you so much for an incredible stay."
