“When we arrived at the Beachcroft we discovered that our twin bedded room was on the first floor. I made a request to change the room to one on the ground floor. The staff set to and prepared a ground floor room and arranged it as twin beds. This was achieved within 10 minutes of my request which I thought was excellent service. We booked a table for dinner and were very impressed not only with the menu but with the level of service which was first class. We took dinner on the second night...
