It was close to landmarks and was able to be walkable to the port (40min walk but mainly flat area) the complementary breakfast was filling and the staff was there to ensure freshness and that the tables are clean for the next guest

I stayed in a double room with a double bed (SweetRoom), single occupancy. The room was nice, clean and had everything I needed. I will say though that the space was very tight, including the bathroom with toilet and shower. It was alright for one person. Staff at reception were friendly. The bar area looked nice but the restaurant was closed as there were no cooks. That wasn't an issue, as the location is great and within easy walking distance to several eateries. The walk to the Historic Dockyard isn't particularly nice (along a busy road), but it only takes about 15 minutes.

Hi,the staff were polite and friendly.Our room was serviced without a "please top me up"sign on the door,as I had left some confidential papers out .The sink did not drain properly so we cleaned our teeth in the shower.Not enough towels in the room, although I did ask for more at reception.The window in the bathroom did not close properly.The cooked breakfast was not ready when we attended a later breakfast,a few other people found the same thing.Still we enjoyed our stay,as the location is good and the rooms are warm and cozy.We were kept awake until 3am Friday night from night club opposite hotel.

The hotel was good for overnight stay, before catching the ferry. Only a short 5 min drive to ferry terminal. The hotel appears to have a nice size lounge area, although we didn't use it. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. The bedroom was adequate, but the en-suite was rather small and bigger people would struggle. The entrance to the car park could be better sign posted.

Clean and comfortable

This hotel is very clean, breakfast is good and bed is very comfortable. The shower is great but bathroom is very tight. All in all good location and helpful staff.
