"チェックイン時にはスタッフがすでに帰宅で無人チェックイン チェックインというか部屋の場所がどこにあるのかがわかりにくかった。 さらに駐車場の場所も表示などなく本当にここで良いのか(良かったのか)が不明確だと思う。"

"駐車場は、どうやら、今だけ無料みたいです。今後はわからないとか。台数に限りがあるので、空いているうちに停めねばと早めにホテルに戻るようにしました。予約がつけれるとよかったと思います。チェックインID、チェックイン・チェックアウト、部屋番号、エントランスキー・ルームキー、全て数字です。スピーディーで便利ですが、年配の方たちが慣れるまで苦労していました。ルームキーをなくす心配はありませんでしたが、メモか携帯を身につけていないと困ったことになります。よい経験になったと思います。"
