"Only stayed one night. Great location. Central to restaurants and shopping. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Pool was awesome. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Had 2 meals at the restaurant Romeo’s and both were excellent. "

"The staff is accomodating & friendly. The ambience of the river setting, the wildlife, nature is very peaceful. They have the loveliest patio to sit and enjoy breakfast or the birds or the sunset & Paul Mtn. I also love the fact that you can walk to Riverside Park which is the most beautiful park I have experienced in an urban setting. The Kamloops gardeners & city planners are doing a FABULOUS job! I am living here when I get to a point where walking & being present is my mainstay of enjoyment! "

"The beds are a little uncomfortable, but that’s subjective. Great heavy pillows and nice sheets. Bathroom is spacious and clean."

"I gave 5 stars because it was exactly as described - not because it is a 5 star hotel. Budget friendly. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Spacious room with all amenities. Clean though some of the outdoor carpet needs replacing. Good continental breakfast. Nicely maintained pool area. Pet friendly."

"Our stay was comfy, very nice to have the 2 separate bedrooms. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A slight unfortunate situation was dealt with promptly and thoroughly. We can highly recommend staying here."
