“I'm glad that I read reviews before booking so I knew (more or less) what to expect. We were traveling for work and really just needed a couple of beds and a bathroom that was reasonably private, comfortable, and affordable for a night. There was a clear glass window from the bathroom to the bedroom space which was a bit awkward traveling with work associates, but there were a couple of "public" bathrooms in the mansion that we were able to use as needed. There is no front desk or staff around...
“This hotel was phenomenal. The staff at the front desk, specifically Natalie, was more than accommodating for our large group. They were able to get us checked in (early) and gave us some great recommendations for local bars/restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and a great location to Uptown and concert venues. Our room was clean with very cold A/C. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable!! We will definitely be back for a future stay. ”
