Everything and everyone was so helpful! We really enjoyed our stay! From the valet ,desk rep ,and bartender! Especially ,Yolanda Clark! She's the sweetest Desk Representative that I've ever meet! Loved the location as it was directly across the street from the BJCC Legacy venue. It is close to the highway and you hear the noise, but our room did have a noise machine which helped drown out a good bit of the sound. I would stay here again.

It was quiet. I chose a busy weekend to stay so check in took a little bit but my stay was still great!

The hotel location is what we paid for and it was fine. The website gave the impression that you could only use valet parking, but when we got there (<10 after check in began) we were told that valet was full and we would have self park in a garage behind the hotel. Overall the room was clean, but there was hair on the shower walls which it’s disgusting.

Clean and friendly

My stay was a business trip. The hotel and room were extremely clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. However, parking should be included in the already high price of the room.

Good staff, nasty room.

There was leftover food in the fridge left by the previous visitors. There was a glue on finger nail on the floor by the bed. The room was hot and we had to request to lower the temperature. When we asked about extra sheets, we were told that we’d have to come get them. The employees were all nice and helpful

Wonderful Stay

We had such a great stay at the Sheraton. After a very bad stay at the Westin a few years ago I was a little worried, but it was for nothing. The hotel is so nice, the staff is top notch. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The girl that was working valet on 6/24 around 2pm was so helpful helping us find a place to eat and just so friendly. I wish I had gotten her name. There were 2 gentleman standing outside as well that were so welcoming and friendly. The clerk at the front desk (Latorria maybe) was phenomenal. She was so kind, professional and informative. Our soon had been switched from a king to 2 doubles. I wasn’t going to mention it thinking it would probably be a lot of trouble to switch. She noticed it and switched it back for us. The room was nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for such a great stay.
