“Context: We used this as a very short one-night stay moving through Bucharest on our way to Transylvania. It was in the June 2026 heat wave. Location: We took the train from the airport to Gara Nord, then walked with our luggage in Gara Nord to the metro stop, then took the yellow line out to Mihai Bravu and walked 7-10 minutes to the hotel. “Great apartment. There is everything you need, and old town is just 5 min away walking but still far from the crowd and noise”

“The AC in my room was not wall mounted and took up space. The rooms were a little cramped but manageable. The cleanliness of rooms can be improved and maintained better. The coffee shop lacked experienced baristas and did not order again. A nice hotel overall but room for improvement. Location is away from tourist attractions and on a main road so can be noisy. ”

“The location was great and the apartment was clean but abit shabby ie the carpets need replacing & some of the electric sockets were dodgy. The building itself was abit run down & the entrance lobby was very dark & gloomy”

“Wasn’t overpopulated (at least when I went). Not too far from good bars or clubs (about 20 minute walk) or a cab was only like 4 pound. Everyone spoke at least a bit of English which was an plus. Everything else was as expected from a hostel. Overall not a bad experience”
