“Really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and very well organised with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer (detergent and laundry powder provided). Coffee and cake station just outside every morning so we could grab a bite to eat. Three small restaurants nearby so we went there for dinner. Right next to Robina train station. ”

“Our room was outstanding, and the customer service was lovely. They arranged parking for our 2nd car free of charge which was a relief. My only small complaint was that I chose to pay for the room at the property, rather than when I booked it on Hotels.com. Hotels.com indicated that it would be the same price either way. But when I got to the property to pay, they added a 1.5% 'surcharge' for paying with credit card, but offered no other way to pay. ”

“Walking in to the apartment and seeing the view was awesome. The state of the apartment and cleanliness was perfect and immediately put us in holiday mode. ”

“Location and amenities are good, however bathroom tap wear has some wear and tear issues. Also a bit dissatisfied that in our 5 night stay there was no housekeeping, it was my fault as I haven’t check it upon check booking. Rather then that nice stay in good area all you might want to have will stay again ”

“We really enjoyed thos spacious 2 bedroom unit. Our only issues was the lack of privacy for the ensuite and the bedroom didn't have blockout window furnishings. The private plunge pool was lovely and the area provides nearly everything that we needed. We would stay hete again.”

“Overall a very pleasant experience. Ongoing problem using TV. Very unsatisfactory instructions provided which did not relate to the actual remotes provided. Thank goodness for the handyman Paul who very patiently worked out how to operate the TV. Would certainly recommend to friends.”

“Coffee machine provided, but no coffee pods. Iron provided, no ironing board. Only 2 satchels of dishwasher powder. Access to the second bathroom was not allowed, which was inconvenient for visitors. No bathroom accessories such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not included. No extra towels and no face washers were included. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay. It was just the small details that let the property down.
