8.6/10 Excellent! (1,534 reviews)
Staff was friendly and welcoming in all interactions. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They were not the typical hard mattress of Asia but nice and comfortable. The shuttle to the the airport was excellent and the driver was one of the smoothest shuttle drivers we have had over the many years traveling throughout Asia. The AC was a bit weak, it did cool the room just took a couple hours and the room was cool. That would be the only complaint but not that big of deal. The breakfast was good. Several options, Fresh Fruit, Asian dishes, Egg station, juices, pasteries, salad, and coffee options.
