"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. "Overall, the hotel is very good. Breakfast was fine and the location is excellent. We had an unpleasant issue on the first night: we were given a room which, although nice and spacious, had an intermittent noise coming from the ceiling that lasted the whole night. It sounded like knocking or dripping. Sleeping through that on the first night, while still getting used to the altitude, was practically impossible. However, the staff were very helpful in relocating us to another room the following day."
