“The property is in a beautiful location with access to a beautiful beach. Gardens/pathways are well maintained. The spa is excellent. Small problem areas are - teapot in room still full of old tea/rust colored water in the kettle/wooden strip above the lounge curtain fell off/dinner was mediocre (risotto was terrible - stodgy lump)/back of house area behind our villa had garbage lying around. Devil is in the details. ”

“Great staff, great property, truly refreshing. The property is underrated, from the rooms with outside showers, amenities and the game roaming around the property and lastly the trail within the property offers a great opportunity to walk or run for relaxation and reflection, we were pleasantly surprised by all of this. The only bad thing we noticed was the odour in the room at times, it smelled like blocked drain or sewage.”

“Great place friendly staff only downside was the outdated bathroom and an exceptionally small room television.”

“Fantastic location overlooking the bay and for me right by the local park run. Sadly my wife has a very bad reaction to mussels and at another local restaurant her meal included a mussel and she was very ill. The staff were brilliant and so supportive. It really showed even at a big hotel the team acted as if we were the only people in the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the large. The pool was lovely and my wife recommended th massage and spa services. ”
