Beautiful design hotel with huge pools that are warm with swim up bar. Rooms are generous size and luxurious. Bed is excellent. Very nice balcony to overlook the beautiful property. Breakfast was included and is the best in Chios by far. Bar area is located upstairs with great drinks despite occasional slow service. Overall earns its 5 star status.

Good modern facility in Chios

There are no other hotels with a modern aesthetic in Chios. This hotel, across the street from the ocean, is a wonderful exception. Pros are architecture, reception area, meals and pool front rooms. Downside is somewhat uneven restaurant service with most wait staff needing a refresher course on the basics, very sparse rooms with not well thought out furniture arrangements, lots of kids, lots of smokers with wind blowing in your face, loud music at pool, no one allowed to sit in ocean view bar for any meal — only for drinks. It is theoretically walking distance to the main town but not a very pretty walk nor a very pretty town. Taxis anywhere can be called and are very reasonable for an island. Airport is very close but very few planes fly over so not much of an issue. Wish there were umbrellas to be able to use pool sunbeds without burning. And at these prices you should get more free water and some snacks.

Loved the private jacuzzi rooms overlooking the pool. Rooms were elegantly simple with clean lines and lighting for every mood. Pool was clean and refreshing. Easy, safe parking. Staff was excellent. Would definitely return!

Second time at what should be called Diamond Pearl. The best that Chios has to offer without question. Yes there are a few minor issues but please stop with negative reviews which may erroneously persuade others to seek luxury accommodations elsewhere and will miss out.

The hotel is new and unfortunately some services were not open but in general the hotel was great. The only negative is the rooms were not sound proof and our suite was right next to the pool pump room, you could hear it all night. Still an excellent stay otherwise

Please forget all the ignorant haters. This 5 star hotel just opened and is absolutely stunning. Rivals top hotels in Paros or Mykonos. Chios has a new leader.

We checked in two weeks after this property first opened. While there were minor hiccups and small inconveniences, this was expected for a brand-new hotel where the staff is still learning. Overall, this is a gorgeous property with tremendous potential. We look forward to staying here again in the near future!

As a General Sales Manager of Brooklyn Volkswagen USA, I was extremely disappointed. Property was amazingly designed but the servise non existent! There is NO day stay! Lets start there. Check in 3pm and check out 11am Its a 20 hour stay No late check out! Not even when i asked to pay for the extra 2 hours! Breakfast i ordered was sent to the room. Breafast rolls, croissant, fresh bread, fresh fruit, marmalade, honey, fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee and the second breakfast was suposed to be vegetables, fruits, croissant, fresh bread, breakfast rolls, and such. I received a bowl that consisted of an full apple, a full orange a full pear not peeled not cut, no juices, PRE PACKAGED TOAST BREAD! NO breakfast rolls, NO croissants, NO fresh rolls! A full bowl of sautéed mushrooms, a bowl of full tomatoes, a bowl of olives, it was a JOKE! I LITERALLY took it.downstairs and dropped it on front desk while people were checking in and asked what is this? Please my card and read to me what I ordered l. Would you believe I got a call from the F&B manager, asking what was wrong and I simply said Nothing !!! I adked why am I gett8ng this call and the answer was I checked off gluten free. I said you are literally wasting my time seriously trying to convince me i made the mistake. I was asked if they can give me snack to make it up. Really low class

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and booked Jacuzzi Suit paying a significant amount with my wife. When we arrived around 21.00 and checked in to our room, we realised that there are quite a few dead insects in the jacuzzi. We kindly asked to be relocated to any other room but we were told that reservation manager was not in the hotel and they can only check next morning. We again visited the reception next morning but we were told all other rooms are full or waiting walk in customers as on the web there were available rooms. Jacuzzi was not cleaned after all and our room has not changed and our 2 days holiday was not a dream holiday as planned. We were not even offered an apology after all in spite of many complaints. We definitely not recommend this hotel.
