"We got a family room since all the area hotels were heavily booked for the holiday weekend and were pleased it was even larger and more roomy than the photos showed. The king bed was super king could sleep 5 easily with a twin bed on the first floor but two very large twins on the second floor. So we we not unhappy not being able to book a second room for our 35 year old son-it was very comfortable for him and us.It worked out well. "The service from check-in to check-out was great! By Colombian standards everything was great. Our friend and I shared a room and we both slept great on the beds. The semi-firm pillow felt like the one I have at home. The view was impressive and the food was great. Definitely coming back. Special commendation to Angie at the reception, Eduardo the bell hop, and to the people at the reservations desk for making our reservations extra smooth! Thank you to the room service ladies for cleaning our room and making it look amazing. Thank you also to Cristian for being extra attentive when it came to getting assistance at the hot springs hot tubs. Thank you all!"
