The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and clean. The hotel is conveniently located, everything is very close by, the hotel staff is very friendly, the breakfast is very good, and the hotel is one of the few that has parking.

Friendly staff. The hotel is located by the main plaza. Good restaurants within walking distance. I recommend restaurant "Carnes y Olivos." The hotel has a private parking, the entrance to the parking lot is located on the street at the rear of the hotel.

The whole hotel is Extremely clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are amazing and the Beds are extremely comfortable. My niece had a massage in the room and she said it was amazing. Great location every thing is walking distance.

Wonderful coloial Hotel, parking onsite, great food and drinks. The terrace view of the Plaza Mayor and the neighbouring mountains is breathless. Will definetely come back.

We stayed in the suite with the plaza view, restaurant had music until 9pm but the hotel a crossed had a party until 4am. If you don’t mind the music until late, then location is amazing. Hotel was clean and massage was one of the best I’ve ever had.

Great Location, great building. Don’t bother taking the bigger room because it was nothing like depicted in the pictures indicating a fireplace and balcony. It was a standard room with an extra table. Bathroom was small! Breakfast is not their strength although enough to start the day. Breakfast has some extra stuff that you can buy and are not included. Hotel wants to arrange check in via WhatsApp before you arrive, what can be bothersome when traveling.

The hotel was beautiful and the plaza was right outside the hotel. It is a stunning view. However, this isnt the reason I would come back. The food service manager of the property went above and beyond for my daughter who has celiacs. She was so caring and helpful. She was a hard worker trying to accommodate us and everyone else. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
