“Wait staff at breakfast stood around talking instead of serving. Housekeeping the last day just made the bed and did not clean and we got an eye roll when we told her we were leaving in 10 minutes. Music blared at 715 am from the restaurant disturbing our room right off the patio, and then in the restaurant it was so loud you couldnt talk. Booked a massage for an hour and it was only 45 min endingat 10 till the hour and not on the hour. Shower was tepid most days.tv only worked with netflix...
