I was booked in to stay 3 nights through WOTIF, got my confirmation through email. Great! Arrived at the motel at 7pm with my daughter to be told that there was no notification through and she'd been having huge problems with Wotif and their bookings (ie. Overbooking etc) She had no rooms at all, but she spent 2 hours looking for another place for us to stay! Even booking online and offering to pay for a room almost 3 times the price of what she expected me to pay, unfortunately that room was booked out by a walk in at exactly the same time, BUT she really did try!! I have friends in Chch so found a place which was all fine. Then I recieved a discounted rate for the following 2 nights (which she did have availability for) and when we were leaving, she brought me out 2 bottles of wine and apologised again. This is true customer service, Jing went above and beyond for me and my daughter, and I would highly recommend her motel at any time. Thanks!!
