EVERYTHING........was excellent but in particular, the manager and his staff. They were cheerful, helpful, obliging. Particularly helpful. I had a few problems (personal) while there and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. You haven't asked but I would definitely suggest this motel to friends, family or anyone staying in Christchurch. Thank you again for all your kindnesses!

Nice unit. Everything i needed. Great spa bath on bathroom. Was just very disappointed with the sofa bed. Very stained and not reallt suitable for use any more.

Booked motel for 2 adults and 3 yr old . Comfy bed. Blankets stained. Bathroom / toilet had green mould . Was advised I was in room upstairs but next day could move downstairs once a disabled person left. I hadnt requested a room downstairs. I thought he meant he was giving us the option if we chose to move. Didn't think any more about it. 1st day my 93 yr old mother experienced a power cut which lasted entire day. Power by 6pm still not on so I contacted the motel to request a room for my mother . They accommodated this. As we left for motel power was restored. Recontacted motel within 10 to 15 minutes to cancel the room . Manager refused to cancel as he had already called the housemaid to turn the bed back ( whatever that means). Cost $90.00 then said will you still want to use it!! Arrived back at motel and manager showed us to the room and requested I didn't use the shower, towels or kitchen facilities!!! Next day went out had a phone call from motel staff to say they had removed all our belongings to the downstairs room. I had not requested a room change. I was very unhappy they entered and removed our belongings whilst we werent present. Returned in evening to find the upstairs room we previously had now had a red light in window. We all know wat that means. Not child / family friendly environment. Would not recommend.

Clean and handy location

Fine for overnight stay , handy location rooms are clean and comfortable unfortunately we had noisy neighbours next door and with the adjustment joining door in the room you could hear everything . It would make me think twice about staying again
