Excellent communication before and after the stay. Nice room with fridge and well functioning bathroom - apart from the old fashioned separate hot/cold taps in the basin. But overall a very good place to stay within walking distance from the city center while also being resonably close to the airport

We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite. Plenty of space, new carpet and clean and tidy. Kitchen adequate and good dining space. Only negatives were no towel rails and the doors stuck on the new thicker carpet. Would recommend for a family group after something affordable.

The manager was an absolute gem and great help. The room was clean. Although I did not realize there were only steps as this would have been handy to know with luggage to get to the room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were all separated and not good. The sofa bed was unable to be used as a bed it was so uncomfortable my daughter had to sleep with me. While the host was amazing I more than likely will book elsewhere if I return to christchurch.
