Despite being on a main road, the property was quiet. Everything was provided and the property was clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful. And a restaurant was only 3 minutes walk away.

Servicing the unit comprised clean towels and air freshener sprayed around. Not enough parking for the number of units they have. Bathroom ‘table’ had not been cleaned for a very long time. But for the price it was satisfactory and it’s not too badly situated.

Good location and a quick walk to the local Cranford Ale House for a good priced meal. Everything was clean and tidy but an old style motel. Wifi good and reliable.

Nothing special. But there is a bus line (27?) right outside the property and it goes to downtown, the center of all activities, directly. Very convenient!

Why is there no air conditioning ? Yesterday it was 35c and there was no relief from the heat .I am surprised no one on the hotel reviews has every mentioned this major drawback !

Disappointed. Allocated 1 bed accessible unit for a 3 day stay. Bed in main room ok, two single beds in the lounge were temporary beds with one jammed against the window. Cleaning is below par, previous guest's used soap and earbud in the shower caddy and inside of fridge not wiped clean. Location was good not too far from CBD

I stayed for 2 weeks while visiting Christchurch. John and staff were very friendly. Motel was very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay!

Good facilities. But the bad! Cleaning hadn't been completed properly, the packet of complimentary biscuits were opened, there was open food left in the fridge, and the rooms were a bit dusty around the edges. One leg of the queen bed was broken & colapsed when you sat on the corner.

Service and condition was amazing comfy bed nice shower, we rushed out early in the morning to catch flights home and silly me accidentally took the room key i rung the reception and explained what happen and the lovely lady was understanding and advised me where to send key back to i highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be back next time i vist chch

Cozy and well maintained little motel in a non-descript part of town. Innkeeper John was very welcoming. Nice pub across the street with good food.

Convenient locale for us. Tidy but tired. One chair in the dining room looks close to breaking. The info folder has obviously had something spilt through it and was all stained - it could do with being reprinted. Thought the supplies in the kitchen were a bit sparse for a booking of 3- 1 twin biscuit sachet, 1 coffee plunger bag = 1 cup.

The motel units were very clean. Great location if you have a car, just minutes from everything, but away from all the hustle and bustle of Bealey Ave, Riccarton Road. We had my sister travelling with us so it was great to have joining rooms and she could have here own bathroom. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

The owners and the staff are awesome people, great service and were willing to help with anything that we required. very highly recommended.
