The property is very clean and located quite close to many places you want to visit while you're in Christchurch. Many amenities are new & clean. My only (very subjective) complaint is with the smell of the soap/shampoo provided! Again, that last comment is very subjective. Overall, I will definitely consider this place again if I visit Chch in the future one day.
