"The entire hotel lost power and forced us to move to another hotel that was not all inclusive. No one from the hotel even communicated that we had to move hotels until 10 minutes prior and they told us we would get a refund and we are still waiting and they haven’t responded to any correspondence! ..."

"Gorgeous property but too spread out. We were in a room along the ocean but had to walk about a quarter of a mile each way to the beach and breakfast. The pool near us was closed for renovations so we would have had to drive up or request a courtesy shuttle up to the main house in order to use it. ..."
