"The rooms were a decent size and the hotel had a modern Japanese aesthetic, I loved the natural colours and materials. Very well designed. The facilities and rooms were really nice and clean. The onsen was also a great addition which is free for hotel guests. They provide you with slippers and pyjamas to use around the hotel. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was also really good quality with a lovely scent. The hotel is centrally located and easy walk to both the samurai and geisha districts. The Japanese breakfast is superb but might not be to everyone’s taste. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "

"Great stay at Toyoko Inn - there were shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko station to the hotel which was really convenient. Check in was smooth and the room was great too. Was able to see mt Fuji from my room too. Daily breakfast was delicious too - guests had 2 options (either Japanese or Western breakfast) to choose from. There were also some restaurants and convenient shops nearby. Overall would recommend a stay here!"

"The dinner and breakfast is included plus unlimited alcohol. When you check in you need to book your time for dinner slot time frame.s. The food is 10/10. Also you can book a private hot tub room for only 3000 yen tax included. 10-10 hotel and service is 10/10"

"We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights and breakfast buffet. It was a 15 minute walk to Nagoya Station or take a taxi for 1300 yen.. there is a Mega Don Quixote less than 5 minutes for groceries,liquor, and other essentials."

"飯店地點方便，樓下就是車站和百貨公司，對面就有24小時營業的藥妝店，車站的地下街也是很多可以逛，附近吃東西也選擇很多。購物缺點唯一就是離唐吉訶德比較遠，但不影響。 入住前就有看到評論說房間就聽得到列車的聲音，這次住23樓，確實是聽得到，但依我們的感覺就像是白噪音那種程度，沒有大聲到影響睡眠，入住的兩位都沒有因為電車聲而被吵醒。隔音不錯，除了電車的聲音，沒有聽到其他房客的聲音，只有很少的開關門聲。 房間空間很夠大，窗邊還有沙發可以看夜景，照明有足元燈選項可以當小夜燈很不錯。樓層梯廳有提供製冰機和微波爐，電梯都來的很快，不太需要等很久。 這次辦入住時的櫃台服務人員很親切，解說也很有耐心。 下次有機會的話會再考慮入住。"
