음....

일단 평일이라 숙박객이 많지 않은데 정면 공사장 뷰의 방을 받았음..공사 소음에 그냥 창문 닫고 지냈음. 프론트의 직원들이 제대로 호텔학과를 전공했나 싶을 정도로 접객 서비스에 대한 이해는 낮아 보였음. 근처 식당을 추천해 달라니 식당이 모여 있는 골목에 식당이 많이 있다는 대답이 돌아옴. 입실 시 체크아웃 시간을 추가 비용 내고 연장했는데 11시 넘어서 전화 옴. ㅡㅡ 제주 라마다는 객실이 오래됨에도 직원들의 꼼꼼하고 친절한 마인드에 감동하고 돌아왔는데 같은 라마다라고 보기 힘들었음.

온천 시설 개보수 필요

유료인 온천 목욕탕은 시설이 오래되어서 별로 입니다. 룸 컨디션도 오래된 느낌이구요.(특히 화장실은 모텔 보다도 못함) 라마다 인수하여 로비만 다시 리뉴얼하고 숙소나 목욕탕은 개보수를 안한것 같습니다. 대부분의 수안보 온천호텔이 오래되어 이곳으로 했는데 여기도 시설이 좋지는 않네요.

최악입니다. 절대 비추천.

최악이었습니다. 껍데기만 라마다였고, 시설이나 청결도 그리고 무엇보다 서비스가 아주 안좋았습니다. 수안보 온천이 목적이었는데 사우나는 곰팡이 냄새가 났고 스파는 운영을 안했습니다. 추가 이불을 가져다 주기로 했는데 다음날이 되도록 주지 않았고, 불만을 제기하자 본인들은 해줄 수 있는게 없다고 하더군요. 근처 다른 호텔을 이용하기 바랍니다. 절대 비추천합니다

따뜻한 물이 안나오는 호텔은 처음 경험해봅니다. 아침에 객실 물 사용량이 많아서 그렇다는데 상식적으로 이해가 안됩니다. 사우나에서도 아침시간에는 샤워기에서 따뜻한 물이 안나옵니다.

시설은 많이 낙후되긴 했어요. 그나마 청소는 깨끗하게 된 편이여서 괜찮았네요. 그런데 에어컨 중앙컨트롤 시스템이 너무 불편했어요. 켜달라 꺼달라 말하기가 불편했네요

숙소 자체는 괜찮음.

숙소는 깔끔하고 넓어 만족합니다. 다만, 수안보가 더 이상 사람들이 많이 찾지 않는 곳이기에 존재하는 숙박시설에 비해 숙박료는 비싸다는 생각이 들었습니다. 주변에 상권이 있기는 하나 문닫은 곳이 많고 사람들도 다니지 않아 별로 돌아다닐 곳도 없습니다.

건물외부는 리노베이션한 것 같은데 곳곳에 거미줄들이 너무 방치된 상태이며 룸내부는 특히 욕실안의 상태가 너무 오랜 세월이 느껴지는 상태입니다. 세면대의 수전이 흔들거리고 타일의 보수 상태가 너무 거슬렸습니다. 코로나의 여파인지 호텔의 전반적인 상태가 좋은 느낌은 아니었습니다.

체크인시 예약자가 아니라고 함. 나보다 늦게 도착한 다른 이용객들이 먼저 체크인함. 어제 호텔이 확인 전화도 했고, 그 번호는 호텔 전화전호 아니냐, 전화건 사람은 누구냐 질문했지만 예약자가 아니다 똑같은 답밖에 듣지 못함. 다른 직원이 와서 해외 사이트 예약이라 성, 이름이 바뀌어 검색하지 못했다고 뉘늦게 체크인함. 방에 올라갔는데 온수가 나오지 않음. 시설팀에서 와서 보더니 수리 불가로 다른 방으로 옮기라고 함. 짐을 다시 꾸릴 때까지 연락없음. 내려가서 환불 요구함.
