Hotel is centrally located. Rooms are basic but clean and beds are comfortable. A kettle in the room would be a useful addition. There is a coffee machine close to reception which can be used during the stay. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and well presented. Staff were very helpful, we needed to extend our stay unexpectedly and the staff were very helpful very accommodating.

Two of us stayed one night to get the Bernina Express the next morning, very easy walk from the train station, check in staff were super helpful and gave us a map and showed us the sights. The room was a good size, very clean and ideally located very near the center of town. Please note that although this has a fridge/kitchen you are not allowed to cook anything due to local fire regulations, so if this is something you intend doing, bear this in mind. There are very many places to eat locally of varying prices so this was not a problem. I would recommend this place for its good staff and location.

A nice hotel in a brilliant central location in Chur's old town. The room was spacious and we were grateful to be upgraded to a room with a coffee machine that supplied hot water for tea. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we realised we hadn't brought the right travel adapter to fit Swiss electrical sockets, and the lady at reception lent us an adapter that worked. The buffet breakfast was decent as well, and we really appreciated the guest cards that gave us discounted tickets for the cable car and free entry to a few museums. Top tips for anyone staying in Chur - check out the incredible fondue restaurant, and also a bar called Tom's Beer Box if you're a beer lover who is also a fan of alternative music!

Great overnight stay, staff were all friendly and helpful. Clean room and bathroom. 5 minute walk from the Chur train station. Will stay here again next time I'm in the area.
