โVery new facility so things look spotless. Friendly staff. Great view. All in all excellent stay in every aspect. I can add the following nit picking points that hopefully the hotel can improve: 1) one day the towels were not replenished at the ocean level pool, despite multiple calls; 2) In our guest room at least, one can use a few more hooks to hang robes, towels etc; 3) also in our room, just one very small trash can by the toilet, would recommend one more in the living room, and maybe...
โIf I could give this property 10 stars I would! Everything at this property is fantastic. The rooms are well appointed and modern. The staff is so helpful and bend over backwards to accommodate. The location of this property is convenient to the bus station and the ferry. Plus eating establishments on Front Street.โ

โThis was our 2nd stay, nice to see all the work they have done. We only ate breakfast at Grotto Bay, which was really good. The beach at Grotto bay is phenomonal, staff very nice! Grounds really well kept. Rooms are very clean but alittle dated. Overral really enjoyed our stay!โ
