"The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location and the entire staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The director of customer service (manager) was outstanding and addressed any of my questions in a thorough and timely manner. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was great with a ton of options and was amazing. The rooftop restaurant was lovely. I only walked through the spa but it, too, was over the top wonderful and had everything you could possibly want. I travel extensively, and would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation. I don't think you can do much better than this hotel in all of Belgrade. "

"We stayed for our first time in Belgrade the St Regis was absolutely incredible! The hotel was brand new and the staff were some of the most courteous and helpful people we’ve met, anywhere! My only feedback on the property is that some of the things in the room were not working properly like the way the shower was pitched towards the back instead of towards the drain and the AC in the room kept clicking off and then back on but it did work. The just need to tighten up on those small things and they’ll be the perfect hotel!"

"The bed was amazing, very comfortable. Check in was easy and the lady in charge was very helpful and friendly. I was able to message about a query and the response was quick. I was also asked if i needed the room cleaned halfway through by 5 night stay. Room was neat and tidy and the view of the church was beautiful."
