"Great breakfast, large buffet of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and veggies..fresh orange juice, fruit, yougurt and breads and all the normal food....the staff were helpful..we didnt have time to use the amenities and we were there in March so the pool was closed.. the shuttle to the airport was good..but very busy with traffic so give yourself a little extra time."

"Zleep Hotels in the hotels.com webside was showing complementary shuttle to Barajas Airport, but that is not true, the hotel has a third party company that do that services and you have to pay 6 euros per person, so a little disappointment with that. Other than that, all was good."

"Strong point is the location from the airport , very easy to get there either by taxi or Metro. Dinners options are also fine. We were there for one nignt we had a plane to catch it was perfect. The big desadvantage is the place has to many stairs. Stairs to get to the office, to get breakfast, everywhere. Rooms are small and very simple. "
