We're just not so impressed with the lack of amenity which doesn't provide any complimentary water, coffees, tea kittle in room. The lighting design was a total oddball where the lights automatically turned on and off within seconds, totally annoying and unuseful. Having to haul our luggage after elevator stops on the 5th and room is on the 6th. Totally unappreciated for senior...

"The hotel was lovely! Perfect location! Easily walkable from the parking garage, piazza bra, and tour bus pickup. Had plenty of outlets for charging devices. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra 10 Euro. They have a lift. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. And this hotel was Inexpensive! English was well spoken here, which held us a lot. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean. "
