"Beach area- spectacular!! View from the rooms- especially upgraded rooms- like ur on a cruise ship- water as far as u can see ! gorgeous room amenities very good - aligned w 4 star rating also good location! it seemed that this was a good hotel for families who were looking for a lot of activity and not necessarily a super posh, elegant environment… Having said that the beach and the view were two things that would bring me back to this hotel Solid nice stay."

"Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - walking distance to everything (including the gourmet grocery store). The bed was a little uncomfortable and the breakfast buffet was serviceable, but all things considered we liked the hotel."

"Beautiful location but make sure to stay at the main hotel Baia el capitano instead of the Hotiday apartment style across the street. It shares amenities but very basic rooms. You will want to be in the main building with the amazing rooftop views but of course, for approx $100-$200 less, you can stay across the street. We regret not reading the fine print on location, as pictures show the main hotel not the apartments. Has access to private beach, walkable or shuttle and breathtaking 180 degree rooftop views on the terrace"

"My first visit to Cefalù was fantastic. The views of the town and beach were amazing. Every evening we enjoyed a good walk to the old town, which took about 15-20 minutes. The beach was rocky but we spent most of our time at the swimming pool. The boys had a great time and made new friends to play with. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of croissants in different flavours. Our room was clean and spacious enough for the three of us and had good air conditioning. The only downside was the poor WiFi connection and the fridge taking ages to cool a bottle of water. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and I’ll definitely return."
