Everything was great except for the front desk staff when it came to help. Why did I pay for a joint room to first be told they were unavailable, I didn’t respond then somehow got what I paid for. On my last day early morning the power was cut from one of the rooms, I called front desk for someone to check it out no one did & nothing was done about it. Let’s not forget I am pregnant, what if I had slip & fell in the slippery shower? Then what? No accommodation for the inconvenience, nothing. Disgusting behavior for a 5 star hotel.

Excellent location - amazing staff, every detail is carefully tailored to their guests having a wonderful time. Rooms are beautiful, welcome amenities, staff is friendly and serviceable.

Breakfast was good, although the spa facilities looked good we did not get a chance to try. Hotel had great views and great transport links
