“Perched high above Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the views are terrific. The rooms are exquisitely and thoughtfully furnished. The villa itself is like a museum with an endless and fascinating collection of art and objects. The breakfast was delicious and served by the owner himself. Although the weather was too chilly to sit outdoors, had it been warmer, it would have been an ideal place to lounge and enjoy the pool. Parking is on the street, but it was not a problem. I rarely leave bad reviews, but I’ve stayed at varying levels of hotels, and for the lovely amenities offered at this hotel, the food and drink options were disappointing. When we checked into the hotel the only food option available was the higher end restaurant. We had hoped to have a light, affordable meal either at a mid-range price point or room service. “The hotel is a bit far from the city center but still just 10 minutes to drive. The hotel is nice and clean, there is underground parking for 20 euro but they have free charger for electric vehicles and for us it was convenient to charge the car during the night. The hotel facing highway from one side at least and you have to keeps your windows close because of the noise. But overall is it good hotel ”

“Hôtel magnifique de quelques chambres ! Très beau standing. L’accueil, le service sont parfaits. La chambre 9 est grande et très bien équipée (café, eau plate, eau gazeuse, enceinte connectée). Chambre très propre et insonorisée. Petit déjeuner copieux (brunch). Extérieur très bien avec piscine. Parfait pour se reposer et boissons à volonté. Nous reviendrons.”
