“The breakfast was great and the staff friendly. However, I rate the room as poor as the wiring was definitely not up to any code. Air unit was set on 62°, so cold we couldn't sleep. No visible thermostat, no blankets, bedspread. The shower fixture was frozen in place, no way to adjust. A huge beetle under the front door. Musty. We finally opened the door to the balcony so we could breathe. The facility is just rundown.”

“The place was clean and comfortable. The only thing that was a little off putting for us was the bathroom was outside of our living space….a problem when getting up in the middle of the night to go. But otherwise all was good.”

When she showed us the room, we were amazed. It was a big room with a ceiling fan, air conditioner, and a wall fan—muy cómodo. Everything was very clean and had everything you need. “¡Decepción total! Rentamos la propiedad que alberga 8 personas porque era la única disponible al momento de la reservación y recibimos otra. Éramos un grupo de 6 y el apartamento que recibimos solo tenía 2 camas disponibles, afectando directamente nuestra comodidad. El propietario incluso insinuó, de forma irrespetuosa, que queríamos aprovechar el espacio para incluir más personas, cuando nuestra intención siempre fue reservar una propiedad cómoda y disponible para nuestro grupo. El sofá cama...

“Not a good experience”

“This hotel is always clean and the staff is friendly. The major problem this hotel has is the parking lot. They have an open Casino for the public and there’s barely any spots available when you rent a car which by the way it’s a must because that part of the island does not have Uber or Lyft only taxis but you have to google search taxi companies.”

“I have no complaints. The room was nice and clean. I do recommend having any rental car to get around. I still enjoyed my stay there.”

“Una buena localización todo cerca. El estacionamiento es malísimo. Los baños no estaban tan limpios una de los baños no bajaba. Los cuartos le falta actualización. Las camas cómodas. La seguridad estaba bien. Lo recomiendo para una emergencia que no consigan otro lugar.”

“It looks like an abandoned place. The pool area looks scary and dirty. We could not sleep because of a noise coming from something loose in the balcony. The whole building needs an urgent renovation it's hard to believe that a place like this comply with all the government regulations. Way too expensive for what they have to offer.”

“Nice place to stay with countless beaches less than 20 minutes away. The communication with the host was excellent. The room was large for two people with a kitchenette and a good spot to stay for a couple of days.”

“Location, Location, Location. Great ambiance around the hotel (Rest/Bars/Bakery/icecream etc) Excelent staff service with very good included breakfast. Definitely staying again in our next visit to Mayaguez. Keep the good work!”
