“항상 만족하는 드루리 숙박입니다. 그런데 이번에는 한밤 중에 화재경보가 울려서 잠을 잘 못 잤습니다. 그 상황에 대한 어떤 설명도 없었고, 체크 아웃할 때 까지도 사과 한마디 듣지 못했습니다. 많은 숙박객들이 새벽에 경보에 놀라서 호텔 밖으로 나와야했던 상황에 대해서 누구도 설명도, 사과도 안하는 것은 도저히 이해하기 어려웠습니다. 드루리가 문제를 처리하는 방식을 처음 제대로 들여다 본 결과 신뢰하기 어렵다는 생각이 들었습니다.”

“Clean room and friendly staff. The walls/floor are very thin. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear the people above us walking heavily around into the night. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Nearly perfect facility. Excellent rooms. Clean, quiet. No hassles. Ample parking. Easy room access. The only minor issues were one elevator was marked as temporarily non-functional. The only other elevator seemed to keep pace comfortably. After 3 days, the room A/C seemed to suddenly ignore the thermostat setting from Sunday night through Tuesday morning. Near checkout time, it started responding again normally. Not sure if that's an intentional weekend thermostat programming strategy by...

“Great stay”

“Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!”

“Only thing that was bad, not the hotel part but a couple baseball teams there for a tournament and the pool was filled with kids. Wish I would have had more pool time, main reason I picked that hotel”

“The place was very dirty and smelly. My room wasn’t clean properly has all over the bed sheets the floors with stains on the floors it wasn’t pleasant at all. I well not advise anyone to book that hotel . I left the same day and I made them refund my money.”
