The local area had lot's of choices for food and shopping. The staff was alright about my pet. At night, there was alot going on in the parking lot at night after midnight and no one seemed compelled to do anything about it. The room was nice, and the inside was nice.

The staff was great. The room was spartan, but that’s a HI Express, so no surprise there. However, the floors are paper thin and stomping from above kept us awake. The jets flying by were more bothersome than I had expected based on other reviews. Breakfast was free, but nothing to be excited about. There are a lot of other options in the Florence/CVG area.

Mary checked us in with grace and laughter! She had a riddle for us as well as a wheel to spin and potentially win ING points. This location was perfect for our family gathering. Close to the airport. The shuttle was very helpful for our delayed flight. Staff were friendly and efficient. Hitel was clean and comfortable. The only problem during or stay wete loud guests checking in late and talking in the halls late at night and into the night.
